Pros
Good money, good benefits, good people, honest work, if traveling is your thing and you don’t mind living out of a suitcase then you’ll enjoy. I worked in steel mills and a very demanding job in the military and I slid right into the needs of the job with little, if any, problems. Management always did whatever they could to help me out and let me tend to some health problems of my wife as needed. I really don’t have any horror stories to tell. Other than a rough day/night of testing in New Mexico. If you’re coming straight out of college or some fruity job then know up front your butt is going to work! I promise my old Miss State(lame) loving friend/boss ain’t gonna put up with it. Other higher ups don’t mind rolling their sleeves up and helping out for the greater good of getting the hell out of there in decent time.
Kontras
Like I said, nothing bad. Not going to knock hard work and all involved in hiring are very upfront about it. I saw some stuff about women not having opportunity and such I don’t know about all that...sounds more like sour grapes. The owner is no-nonsense. Business is business and he had the same expectations for people across the board. My departure from the company wasn’t how I would have liked it to be but it is what it is, I was needed at home with family during tough times and ICT had a business to run. I’ve sense started a new career making more money than I ever have and I contribute a lot of that success to ICT for continuing to instill a hard work demand that I was able to translate into much success at my company now. Nothing but love for all of those guys. If you don’t mind hard work and have the time to dedicate to the job(single) then it’s definitely worth your time.
