They illegally held my passport, which is a direct violation of UAE labor laws. Management is extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. No respect or support, only pressure and threats. Was made to work at FAB Bank without a bank code or training, putting me at serious legal and ethical risk. Unethical sales practices: We were forced to offer money to customers to apply for credit cards and then later ask them to cancel — completely fraudulent. They delayed my visa cancellation when I resigned, just to make things difficult for me.
