Plus, the office environment is one that helps to support you with a team spirit mentality. Through working at a busy agency I have also been able to work directly with a wide variety of clients, helping them to achieve their goals and progress their business to the next stage. This responsibility is very rewarding as you feel personally invested in their success and something that the company focuses on with all members of staff.

As is common in an agency environment there will be times you are a bit stressed. Either due to a lack of time or stress over the quality of work you produce. However, the management and team here, work well to ensure this is a minimum.

The team at Innovation Visual are what makes this company so great to work for. Everyone at IV is supportive, proactive and bright, making each day so much fun. The company really cares about the well-being of their staff, which doesn’t go unnoticed by employees. The opportunity to grow is amazing, the company and management truly listen to what you have to say, your ideas and where you’d like your career to go. They’re very openly supportive of your career development which is amazing. The senior management team are amazing too! I honestly feel so supported by my manager and they really listen to my feedback and my voice. Sometimes companies can forget how impactful a manager is for junior employees, so having such a caring and supportive manager at IV means the world.

To be honest there really isn’t any. If I ever voice a concern or problem my manager always listens and deals with it.
