Pros

some nice people work there..

Kontras

where to start!! ... being desperate for a job, I accepted an offer from them against my better judgment... its enough to pay a visit to their office, or even worse; have an interview with them to know what kinda people\company they are... the interview lasted 10 minutes..they asked me 3 questions, the first was very trivial technical question, and the rest were about my country and my people!! (am not kidding) they had doubts that my people don't show up on time! (but they didn't mind doing business with my people!)... they will ask you to work "unpaid" overtime since day one.... very strange people.. they don't even say good morning! and they drink alcohol at work (daily)... on top of all that; their business domain is a joke. its a start up company that is still trying to sell its product (if we can call that a product) and they haven't succeed yet.. and I believe they will run out of budget (actually its a load!!) very soon

Pros

True innovation is about finding 'new ways' of doing something old that will create new useful benefits for society and that is what Innovari has set out to do. The best things I like about my job and the culture at Innovari is that it feels like a 'Real' start-up; creating something new, pressure, excitement, being part of something original, immediate goals that must be met, immediate rewards, expansion, change and more change. The work requires multiple competencies in disciplines such as Hardware, Software, Networking, Marketing, Operations and more, which we have very capable people providing those skills. So for me I get to use work experiences that I have built up over the last twenty years with people that have done the same, that's cool!

Kontras

Still thinking about Cons. A person not willing to work in a start-up culture would not be happy here. Getting past baseline development/quality processes as the company grows has been a challenge, which still could be considered a plus because we are small enough to effectively adapt those processes as we discover what works.
