Pros

Enjoy working with a like-minded team of healthcare professionals whose goal is to care for frail and at-risk elders in a needs-based health care system (if it is medically needed, it will be provided).

Kontras

As with many health care organization these days, Innovage has a hard time staying out of Innovage's own way, and often fails to listen to their employees on the ground doing the heavy lifting day in and out, who may have ideas on how best to do things. Innovage has grown rapidly in the last few years - and the emphasis is on growth rather than quality, which is an upsetting thing to see in a managed care health care company who is well situated to be a leader in novel approaches to providing care.

Most particapants treat us with kindness and respect.

Working as a driver for Innovage is not worth it, the pay is not fair for the required work that is involved with this position and addition to the new job title From Driver to Driver Particapant Care. The companies pay raises is a joke and a slap in the face, has a very high turnover rate which results to being low staffed and way too much overtime with little life balance. We have way too many vehicle mechanical issues with no onsite mechanics to fix them, They treat us like kids, too much drama and gossip, lots of favortism extremley poor communication which result to employee and particapants unsatisfied. There is just far too much negatives about this company and I unfortunately can't recommend this job to anyone and it's not worth your time.
