Pros
PACE model is great structure to manage our aging population. The mission statement strongly supports the values most staff want to bring to the table but corporate values no longer include the patients best interests. Great teamwork in some areas.
Kontras
social workers are like a revolving door here, come and go. Corporate has lost touch with current staff and do not value input. High turnover in some centers has really upset patients who question the quality of the program as it stands now. Staff feel like strangers to one another with high turnover. Management is more interested in quantity over quality. Customer service absent most areas. Crappy parking some centers.
