So many challenges you have to face.Too much politics inside the company.You will be frustrated because of the politics. Noone is going to listen to you,Very frustrating work environment.Job is not secure at all.At anytime you can be kicked out of the company without any reason. Management is very poor,even they dont have the power to think that what is wrong and what is good.
