incredibly confusing onboarding, almost a total lack of any actual onboarding or training or any explanation of what you're going to be doing at all actually, you're just sort of expected to figure it out as you go, you're given very little time to essentially train yourself on each workflow, in my case, in order to fully understand 50 pages of guidelines for a workflow, I needed way more than the 30 minutes or whatever that they allow you to take...so i just had to study it all on my own time or go way over the allowed amount of time, and this is also the case with a bunch of different required trainings, you basically don't have enough time to do them but you have to do them...and then once you are working in the workflows, you are subject to strict metrics that you aren't even told exist at first, there are constant changes to teams and team leads and projects and workflows, the work is incredibly repetitive and tedious, my first team lead actually told us to bring our computers to the bathroom with us to avoid messing up our metrics, essentially you have to be glued to your computer for the entire 8 hours...doing task after task after task. and then at least as is the case for my entire team, we were all laid off today with zero notice, effective immediately...then again half of our team was transferred to a different team lead yesterday so they may all still have their jobs.
