Terrible culture - Project Manager bei InnoWell: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Innowell has a really diverse and inclusive team, and openly welcome people of all sexuality, race, gender, and have a great mix of all. As a minority I was made to feel extremely welcome and comfortable, it was just natural, in a way I've never experienced at any other company. The culture is all about building things that help vulnerable people, and everyone cares deeply about the mission, which is super inspiring.

Like any startup, of course there are problems still being ironed out, normal stuff, nothing too serious. There is sometimes a very academic view of the world but this is shifting a lot in recent years.

Hard to be disappointed with other jobs after an experience this bad

Bad leadership with no understanding of technology. Literally put the tech team in a "closet" of an office and kept the useless upper management in their own office so they could pontificate about a product that doesn't exist. The only output of their leadership team appears to be BS motivational speeches and condescension.
