It was a mismanagement in the past year, however from now, everything is good!

People at the company are generally kind, supportive, and willing to help. The work-life balance is good. They offer training programs and certifications that support professional growth.

The process for allocation to new projects could be improved. Although it is communicated that employees can change projects when opportunities are available, in my case it took approximately six months to receive confirmation of a new assignment. Additionally, there was no opportunity to interview with the client beforehand to better understand expectations before accepting the project. Overall, the process lacked transparency. While I had a good relationship with most managers, my last project involved a authority management style with a high level of micromanagement. This resulted in limited autonomy and flexibility in how work was approached, which made the work environment challenging for me.
