Incredible array of capabilities and a leader in our arena of visual merchandising. Little accountability can be a good thing if you just want to collect a paycheck.
Kontras
Top down leadership structure that manages through blame and shame but without true accountability. Also it is 7 different companies that make up Innomark but they each function with their own distinct culture and practices. Not very integrated.
