I totally agree to other review that says this is a toxic company, entirely greed-driven by incompetent people. And this goes from top to micro management. There are also many talents, but people with experience are always put apart and underestimated. If someone dares complaining or tries opposite the "little bosses", they quickly get removed or forced to quit. After all, people are just replaceable pawns. Top managers are overcontrolling freaks that give absolutely no trust to their employees, and always believe to the wrong party when it comes to conflicts. They have recently introduced "company values" which are all the opposite from reality: the company is founded on lies, lack of trust, secrets and nepotism. As it usually happens everything seems gold when you start working there, but soon you realize how deep the problems are and just want to run away as fast as possible. If you don't aim at any career or can put up with incompetent people, then you can apply at InnoGames. Otherwise, stay away, there are much better companies out there.
