Some Former (Senior) employees are not technological good but as they are experienced in same company, assigned to lead a module, they are pressuring freshers or other employees who are working in the same module, to give the task done without any help from them with critical time limit. Bad time management, employees are working sometimes 14- 18 hours a day. No requirement analysis, No senior level architect. Only requirement comes and have to do anyhow to give output with limited time. Always shouting behavior from some former employees as they are taking benefit of their position. HR management is also not good no proper HR management while leaving company.
