Test kitchen where they allow you to taste the food. Recognition of your hard work and matchable actions towards it (raises, bonuses). Generous. Open to hearing your feedback and taking it into consideration. Everyone here is on top of their game and knows what they are doing, you are not dealing with coworkers who could frustrate you with their incompetence.
Kontras
It is a small company and they see everything you do (and don't do). They have no remorse to letting you go if you don't do your work. As a start up, Innit tends to change often and if you are not adaptable, it will flush you out.
