Pros

Benefits are good especially the insurance. Vacation is average. Some of the old school folks are extremely nice.

Unequal inclement weather policy - if you have a laptop you can work from home, if you don't, you can risk your life. To be successful, VPs, directors and managers are expected to worship C-level and follow blindly and most do. C-level tends to be very snobbish and expects adoration as there are many vanity projects. The company's celebration included executives handing out $20 to employees who entertained them during the party. Professional adults acting silly to get $20. The message: You are here for our entertainment. There were no VPs, directors or managers to stand up and say this is a bad idea. Low morale. I believe my department head would do anything asked of them no matter how degrading. Be ready to conform - don't have different ideas. 24/7 work expectation without compensation to match. Associates told to use back entrance all the time.
