Initial pay is decent enough.
Kontras
Management will gladly over-work you, and refuse to give raises when due. Say they offer work/home balance but prefer to have staff with full availability. Can’t keep HR staff to save their life. Appears to willing bribes staff from time to time. Management breeds and allows toxic behaviour.
