Leadership wants you to work more than your hours without compensation. Leadership does not make decisions based on the employees but rather makes themselves look good by implementing strategic benefits. Managers are overworked and this organization is in constant change.

Pros

I’ve had the chance to work in 3 different provinces during my time with Inline. They still have other projects that I’d like to work on so I can see more of Canada. The company has annual training allowance for each employee and offers additional training for their supervisors which I hope to take part in in the future.

Kontras

I’d like to meet more co-workers outside the projects I’m assigned to.
