regular hours. decent-ish benefits once they kick in.
Kontras
Management shows horrible favoritism. They promote based solely on who is willing to be there the highest number of hours. They will fire you on a whim. Rules only apply to the people that supervisors don't like. As an added bonus, they will literally hire a tumbleweed if it rolls in the office door - they don't discriminate. As a result the culture sucks. The majority of the staff is uneducated and extremely true to their hood roots.
