Employees are great, everyone is so nice. Work life balance is great. Unlimited PTO - Half day every Friday

Pay is horrible. Churn goals are too strict. Too much money is paid out in commission. If you miss your churn goal for the month, you are completely broke. A recent update has lead to a huge spike in churn leaving many CSMs with no commission.
