Even though recruiting can be stressful and competitive, this job allows me to just connect with other healthcare professionals through social media, and takes cold calling out of the picture! It's a mutual interest type of recruitment- the candidates want the jobs we post because we are transparent with our rates and offer them the best possible outcome for the location of interest. We're new, but we are already competing with larger scale agencies because of our dedication, honesty, and quick response times.

No real cons. We are a newer company, so we can face a little bit of push back with candidates because we are still getting out name out there, but we are growing!

We’re able to set me up with the tools to be successful in the position

Management/ownership harasses employees, makes inappropriate comments often. Tells other employees behind your back what you’re doing wrong but does nothing to help you get better. Even then management doesn’t know the first thing about recruiting because they come from the medical field. Skims money off of candidate paychecks. Skims money off of recruiters’ commission checks and hopes you won’t notice.
