Rather than simply firing and hiring more people they help you with anything you need with continued training and open door policy through phone, person or email to help you. -HR department is easily accessible and always at your disposal should you have any questions, always helpful. -Daily energy sessions in morning and afternoon to get you ready. -Breakfast every Monday. -Incentive trips, incentive trips. I was able to travel to Napa Valley, Dallas, Orlando and staying in 5 star hotels. -Performance coach who works with you 1 on 1 to help you achieve your goals. -Money, money, money. Big commission checks with no limit on what you can make.
