-Incompetent management assigns opportunities based on favoritism and who looks the most like the boss instead of merit and skill -Widespread psychopathic behavior (mobbing, blatantly taking credit for the work of others, pathological lying etc) -0 acknowledgement or accountability from Leadership or HR about the toxic culture and harm it causes to people who experience emotions -Lazy, entitled backstabbers are valued and promoted while talented individuals with integrity are deliberately traumatized. High performers stay away!
