Unrealistic targets. Support is not given. Loose job if target not reached. Job only safe on quarterly performance. Stressful. What the management don't realise is that you can only work with what you have got.high case loads genuinely thought I was there to help the unemployed but it's the outcomes (money from dwp they are interested in)
