They offer documentation classes to help those nurses who are struggling to live up to the office's expectations for that particular day (depending on how their feeling) but in all actuality they are the ones who need to take the class because NO ONE is on the same page
Management and office personnel make up their own rules according to who you are and if they like you or not when auditing your documentation of patient charts, i.e., regional manager or office personnel may not like something you documented, but DON has no problem with it and will clear it
