      Work environment ok,not too good Salary comes on time,last day of month. 5 days working. 1.5 leave per month

      Kontras

      Very small team(total 7-8 people only in real) Too much pressure on fresher,they think that fresher can become a full fledged experienced developer in one month.Definintely trash thinking of CEO. Prefer it until you don't have any other offer.

Compensation is significantly below industry standards, while workload and responsibilities continue to increase. This creates a stressful work environment and leads to employee burnout.
