Excellent processes, facilities, started as a fair and transparent employer, may still beleive that the current trend is just a deviation and things will return back to normal

Employee orientation today, as appears in the media, is just an eyewash. It used to be a great company but had stacked up way too much of incompetence at the senior level. You may choose to ignore that it doesnt affect you at lower levels, but if you have a long term career view, notion of loyality, hardwork and honesty and thereby success, this is not the company
