Pros

Great Brand Name in Asian Markets, Recognized in US, Amongst the most respected Indian Technology Outsourcing companies to work for. Good effort to hire US local hires.

Kontras

Very Demanding and lean and mean culture. Performance Appraisals and CRR ratings a big facade. Middle Managers are very myopic in making investments, intitiave is discouraged and there is no transparaency in Promotions. Salary is poor and inter business movements are impossible.

Kontras

Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
