Unreasonable Asks, Unlivable Wages - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Infosys: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The project I was forced onto within the first week of my employment requires 24/7 support, including holidays. If you are wondering "What if I want a day off or get sick? I do still have days off right??" Technically yes. I do have those days, but whenever I take a single day off it requires someone else to work a 6 days week, and whenever someone else is sick, I work a 6 day week... To put the cherry on top, its looking like there will be no raises this year, which make the insane hours and pathetic wages all worth it... Awful awful company
