Pros

medical claims and quaterly bonus

Kontras

I work as a development role in Infosys HK office. Overall comments: no career path at all, verbally promised annual leaves cancelled, poorly organised, lack of communication. The company is lead by native Indians from India and they simply don't have basic respect to local HK staff, they ask you to do things out of your respopnsibilities, such as interviewing infosys candidates, billing, invoiceing, even when you're deployed to work in client site. The indians are arrogant and usually does not give you any response even you whatsapp him to asdk important questions such as updates of new client projects, start date of client work, etc. Their communication is one way, that means they contact you unless they want, otherwise, they by default does not give you any response even you ask them. They puttheir Indian styles in HK office which are totally a failure! Everything super slow, so called background check is stupidly dopne by Indians in India (no idea how could they do checking for HK related information) and it could last for 2 months or more.
