Pros

Free Coffee, Free Internet access, Less security to take client's confidential data home(to personal laptop)

Kontras

## At Infosys there is no value to performance. The company brags that performance is cherished there but that's not the truth. No matter how the trainees perform in their supposedly "world-famous" training, at the time of posting they are thrown here and there, randomly. ## It is strongly believed that capability can be had from experience alone and that experience comes by age ONLY. A fresher who is more talented than any of the 'experienced' professionals in the project, are despised of. ## Managers find it very convenient to get the work one from the same employee who has been doing it, no matter with what quality, since a long time. This creates dependency on that employee and deprives others of such a responsibility and opportunity. ## There is NO quality in the work. Only documents. The actual work delivered is worse than what 10+2 passouts would do. A lot to write about the company policies too. The list is neverending....
