Resource skillset is a cause of concern. About 80% of the company are freshers and campus recruits or internally grown. In IT Consulting the key is highly skilled people which you rarely find in the company. These are the people who are going to implement the IT Solutions. Efforts to recruit and retain talented consulting resources are surely lacking.
