My experience at Infosys has been particularly rewarding, especially through my involvement in large-scale transformation programs such as major French Industrial Company Global Capability Center (GCC) transition. What I value most is the opportunity to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution—supporting complex transformations that combine operational excellence, governance, and increasingly, AI-driven capabilities. Working across geographies with both client stakeholders and global delivery teams provides a truly international and collaborative environment. One of the most enriching aspects has been contributing to the design and scaling of GCC models, including governance frameworks, knowledge transfer, and capability building. This has strengthened my leadership in managing cross-functional teams, driving alignment between business and IT, and ensuring tangible business outcomes throughout the transformation journey. Infosys’ strategic push toward AI-powered services is a key differentiator. Being part of this shift means contributing directly to redefining how global organizations operate and create value. Like any large organization, there is still room to further simplify internal processes and accelerate decision-making. However, the overall direction—combining delivery excellence with innovation—is very positive.
