Lack of process standardization to support clients. Bench - Rather than help, They send repeated aggressive emails about required activities. Hybrid - Require to be in office 3x per week despite miles away from office. Pay is not competitive. Time off is capped at 3 weeks (which you only get after 5 years). They do not coordinate or pay for moving expenses up front. But then tell you must be able to relocate for roles. Moving expenses are nowhere near enough to cover the cost of moving. The policy has not been updated in over 10 years.
