Pros
Infosys has very unique model and it provides opportunities to learn a lot. The learning curve is steep and one can find themselves in challenging environments and learn a lot from them. There are competent people who are a delight to work. Overall Infosys is a decent company with the quality of work it does
Kontras
The compensation is not great. The company has a framework fir rewarding high performing individuals but it is not fairly implemented. Again these may be pointing to specific Manager who may not be competent to operate in the defined framework. The work-life balance is also a bit tough, it has always demanding schedules and people may find it challenging.
