Over the past couple of months, the management have continued to make "updates" that were supposed to be beneficial and make us more efficient, but in turn have secretly been lying to their employees that they are really moving all the departments to India to cut cost . Even with the MANY feedback from AP, they only think about the money aspects. Many senior employees who have been there for decades have left. Promise of a quarter bonus to the whole company was never seen. At least not from the AP side. Questions are not answered directly, but beaten around the bush. AP department continues to have their work "offload" to India, to "help" with the workload as management puts it. When the India Team make the MANY mistakes, it's left for Customer Service to clean up. Instead of holding the teams accountable, its offload to the US teams to do the grunt work.
