They give you a job. Nice benefits package once you become a permanent employee (IF you become permanent).

Poor management, VERY unprofessional, terrible supervisory staff, low paid employees, unorganized, LOTS of bickering and drama among management staff members, can be a temporary employee for years and they still don't hire you, unfair treatment to bottom level employees and favoritism in firing process.
