6yWe understand that not everyone will be a good fit in any organization. Your point is not supported by the fact that (1) even with a growing staff comprised of new hires 65\% of total staff members have been with us more that 3 years, (2) 57\% of our staff have been employed by ITP more than 5 years, (3) more than 50\% of our management staff is female, and (4) more than 50\% of our management staff is an ethnicity other than Caucasian. With all of that said, we are focused on improving our HR function and overall work experience%E2%80%94something we identified in our strategic planning process as a priority. We have invested (and are investing) more in HR by hiring a professional recruiter to help locate %E2%80%9Cbest fit candidates%E2%80%9D, and we continue our work to achieve a diverse workforce as a technology company. Also, and frankly something that is really exciting for us, we are learning to be better at nurturing a culture that improves our time we spend at work in ways other than directly related to work/projects.
