Pros

Good vacation accrual, if only you could actually be able to take the time off that you earn

Kontras

They will work you to the bone so that executives can earn their bonuses which they do not share with you. OT is always unpaid and you are told that it's your job to meet the deadlines. Employees suffer so the executives and shareholders can benefit.

Kontras

Leadership changes frequently Infor has a few "focus" industries - its best to be in one of those lines of business if you want to maximize sales compensation.
