Pros

Large company with good benefits, profitable and decent products. Payscales were good. New leadership which I understand has made a very positive difference

Kontras

Leadership was inexperience and did not communicate at all. There was a very high frequency of acquisitions and didn't allow leadership to focus on the business at hand.
