I went through the management change process and work model, making the training and ramp-up process difficult due to the lack of adequate training on the company's systems and the work model (which was constantly changing). Besides the poor training, there was a constant feeling of insecurity and uncertainty about the future within the company, with processes still being restructured and constant pressure for results without the necessary support.
