arrogant and micromanaged work culture. clocking of hours minute by minute. stupid leave policies. Leaves are tracked so closely that if you make one mistake in leave application, you will see a loss of pay in your next pay. most of the above reviews are from sales people. so if you are developer joining them - think twice.
