This is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company’s ethics. Leadership bias: The boss, a member of the diaspora, looks down on native Ghanaians, adding to the uncomfortable and disrespectful work environment. Inadequate compensation: On top of the low salaries, there are no bonuses or incentives, even during the holiday season when the workload increases.
