Lower management has no over site or proper guidance. They act with no code of ethics and blatant acts of fraternization are the norm. Constant violator of fraud waist and abuse, from time card fraud to destroying government equipment due to incompetence and covering it up. Miss leading upper management and denying the employees normal access to the government client and if the violated the whistle blower will be written up.
