Every company wants to make money from their employees; however what makes different here is InfoOjects and Rishi try to make money by selling their employees to clients and pay a lot less to their employees. Before getting into the "training", They will need you to sign up a commitment for serving in the company for a while, otherwise you will have to pay lots of money for "penalty". I was out after finished the commitment because there's no point to stay anymore. The training itself seems to helpless in improving any of your software development skills and by all means just teaching you some basic concepts. I can't image that they will sell this kind of people as senior engineers to their clients.
