The leadership team does an incredible job of setting a clear vision for the future and communicating it so everyone feels part of the journey. Flexible working here isn’t just a buzzword, there’s true autonomy to manage your own schedule and get work done in the way that suits you best. I’ve always felt empowered to make decisions and trusted to deliver, which makes a huge difference to motivation and job satisfaction.

Like any growing company, things move quickly and priorities can shift, so you need to be adaptable. It’s not really a negative, but it’s worth knowing that the pace is fast.
