Now almost a year, this company loose its focus on work. They are keep targeting employees for so much fake reasons. So much of bad politics is happening you can't imagine. They need to stop micromanaging. Every were bossing is happening. Without any policy they are simply harassing people by dropping any email, by shouting on people publicly. My recommendation for all is never approach this company if you want to grow your carrier. If you have long tongue then this is best company for you for few years till they found you are not able to complete your work or they failed to take you further with long tongue activity.

Variety in technology stack to work on. You can learn a lot not from the bests but the stress. Free accommodation: If you start showing your worth you would be asked to stay late (12 A.M) and come early (9 A.M), I suggest never leave the premises you can cut down on your house rent.

Ask for too much commitment. If you don’t show your worth you end up doing documents You stare at the same banner, go to the same workplace, listen to the same people complaining about their work, manager. You will get depressed.
