Culture here is all about work, and mutual respect is basically non-existent here. They dont thank you or appreciate you for the work you've done, or the effort you have contributed for their projects. They take you for granted. Not to mention talking about your job as if it's easy and they belittle you for "having it easy", while they go on 2 hour lunch breaks and you are working at the office while eating, trying to complete everything by EOD. Yet they still blame you for their work being undone.
