If you are fortunate enough to be reading this before interview stage, or considering a job offer from this company, then please think again. Never in my whole career have I ever experienced such an awful working environment and toxic culture, all of which, is bred from director level. The genuine (1 Star) reviews here capture the experience perfectly. At interview they will be full of charm and even address that they have “had issues previously” and even “recently” in an attempt to convince you that they’re transparent and actively dealing with the problem. That is not the case, and I can confidently assure you that the awful behaviour is still very much being displayed in 2025, and is the same behaviour that has been going on for years from the same culprits. They have no idea how to run a business and use the company more to channel their personality disorders and project their misery onto others. They thrive off of bullying and making others feel small. If you like to be micromanaged, spoken down to and humiliated (for fabricated reasons) in front of your colleagues, or you’re seeking position of a scapegoat then this is the place for you! On arrival, they’ll love bomb you and hype you up to think you’re the best candidate they’ve ever seen, and that you will be the one to turn things around.. you will very quickly learn that this is a repeated strategic ploy to prevent you from walking straight out the door! Then after a short while (it doesn’t take long), the masks come off and the comments here will sadly all ring true. You may think it’s just a few scorned employees, but the numbers do not lie. Their staff turnover is reflective of their nasty behaviour and you really cannot believe it until you see it, but I would strongly advise you don’t waste your time or compromise your mental health. No staff outings, no pizza Fridays (these were just some of the “benefits package” sold to me when I joined), in fact, they actively discourage staff from interacting in and outside of the workplace at all. Again, more lies to sell you a dream and get you through the door. No meat is to be eaten whilst they’re on the premises, and you even have to keep meat eating on the low when they aren’t there because that will lead to further victimisation; although one of the vegan directors is partial to dairy cake whenever it’s on offer (the hypocrisy here is simply unmatched). They’ll also tie you in to ridiculous notice periods (they do that for a reason) because they struggle to get new people through the door and want to make it difficult for you to leave! HR is complicit in all of this and knows the drill with every new employee. If you think you’re having a chat “off the record” be very careful what you say. It’s funny how the few 4-5 star reviews say the complete opposite to the majority of reviews on here, as mostly everyone else seems to be having the same awful experience. Well that’s because the directors have left these positive reviews; which is comical in itself, but just goes to show the level of narcissism you’ll be dealing with, that is repeatedly mentioned here. If I could summarise - Narcissistic, controlling, abusive, bullying, venomous, spiteful, unprofessional and socially void of any basic human connection, communication skills, empathy or compassion for others. Please save yourself the trauma and find yourself a company that will value you. The only thing that will change things for this company is if all directors were to resign and had nothing more to do with it! They also sell that they’re looking to retire, but that won’t happen any time soon (no matter what lies they sell you). Even remotely, they’ve mastered belittling and bullying electronically and via phone so you won’t escape it, and they’ll never fully step back because they’ll lose the only thing that makes them feel worthy, which is the ability to control and bully people. Save yourself the stress and negative impact on your employment history and avoid at all costs. You cannot change people who don’t see a problem with their behaviour or care to be different.
