Worst relieving process. They will ask you to serve 90 days notice period anyhow. Don't care about circumstances in which employee resign. Will simply say if you want to leave earlier don't ask for experience letter. Worst management. They don't have any policies. They are always have an eraser for there policies so they can change policy any time as per there convenience. Even month by month policy can be changed.
