Disorganized small company attempting to sell custom configuration of 3rd party tech product solutions. The 'training' is laughable. 'HR" person promises you a flood of hours. As many as you can work supposedly. After a month or so you realize there actually is no work for you due to a trickle of new client engagements. Most importantly however, is that the company is literally broke. They cannot even meet payroll, and random will inform employees that they will not be paid until further notice. They rely on payments from new clients to provide even the most basic cash flow. A TRUE struggle to get paid. Adding to this is the disorganized way that client implementations are run; leaving customer's feeling dissatisfied at the end of engagements. Very few, if any repeat customers. Not sure if company will remain open much longer.
